It is my favorite fruit, and is something that when you cut it, you immediately put your mouth to it so you don't waste the juice!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My parents have 2 mango trees in the backyard, one is an East Indian mango tree, and the other is a Julie mango tree. East Indian mangoes are tricky because they are very stringy (many fibers) and you always have to floss after eating them, but the julie mangoes are the besttttttt.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also Nate, if you go to an asian market, ask for the dried mango slices.
